Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for coordinating stakeholder on signing and sealing sales contracts, campare and verify reviewed documents and signed documents and etc.
2. Follow up with sale teams to return the signed documents from customer, scan and achieve the signed documents
3. Ensure compliance and internal control on the workflow and process
4. Perform any other administrative function and duties which may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
1. Preferably with 1-3 years and above experience with recognized Diploma or Degree in financial or business management
2. Proficient in office software;
3. Have a strong sense of risk and confidentiality
4. Work rigorously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure;
5. Have good communication and learning skills.
6. Have strong work initiative and coordination ability.
