Job Description
- Diligently perform assigned duties at the work station by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Weigh, clean, and cut various types and sizes of live seafood/fish products for customers accurately according to standards and requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the freshness and quality of items.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming, and hygiene at all times.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrates good teamwork and is committed with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of various types of fresh produce and products is advantageous.
- Able to carry and lift heavy goods as required.
- Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
