We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of IT Project Manager – Transaction Banking (Cash/Payment) within the Information Technology Department.The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for data warehousing and local regulatory reporting systems. These systems are crucial for ensuring that business users can meet regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality system solutions on time by planning, organizing, and implementing the team’s technical projects.
- Coordinate production releases and roll-outs.
- Delegate tasks to the necessary project team members.
- Present project progress and results.
- Report project status and develop risk/issue mitigation strategies.
- Define, deliver, and support strategic plans to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and schedules with user and system departments.
- Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
- Organize project meetings, follow-up, take minutes, and manage newsletters and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve issues arising from business requirements or system solutions.
- Assist the Project Lead/Manager with other ad-hoc tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the Transaction Banking (Cash/Payment) domain (e.g., CMS, cross-border payment, local payment in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
- PMP or Project Management Certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
