Responsibilities:
- Process buyers’ orders
- Customer Service
- To co-ordinate samples
- Coordinate and work closely with production on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc.
- Plan delivery schedule
Requirements:
- Experience in garment industry / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking suppliers
- Team player, self driven and highly motivated
- Meticulous and willing to learn
