Our client is a leading industrial infrastructure developer for residential and commercial property development (with government sector enterprises and private MNCs as clients). They provide innovative real estate, property management, and infrastructure solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the industrial landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive legal support to business teams
- Offer legal counsel and guidance to corporate services, development, and engineering services groups
- Responsible for providing dispute resolution advice and legal support to front office stakeholders on construction, infrastructure and facility management matters.
- Advising and handling corporate real estate transactions and related issues.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the organization.
Requirements:
- Hold a background in Law and be admitted to the Singapore Bar (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 PQE.
- Demonstrate expertise in corporate real estate, construction, engineering, leasing, facility/estate management, procurement, and/or commercial matters (commercial or disputes private practice will suffice also)
