We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is keen on working in small, flexible teams and is quick to learn.
Responsibilities:
· Managing day-to-day operations for an e-commerce business: processing of daily orders, updating inventory levels, dealing with return orders & creating new product listings on all e-commerce platforms
· Handle all customer queries and complaints
· Assist in packing of electronic products when required
· Handle submission and approval processes for online campaigns and promotions to ensure timely execution
· Provide performance reports and market insights related reports
· Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, Administration similar or with related job experiences;
Minimum 1 year of experience handling e-commerce platform or administrative experiences.
