Our client is a reputable firm that's looking to enhance ICT processes and outreach efforts, focusing on ICT security. The candidate will review existing processes, develop communication plans, and work with stakeholders to increase awareness and integrate risk management. This position supports operational excellence and adherence to security best practices.
Job Description:
- Review and update ICT processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Assess and manage risks in ICT processes and outreach programs, developing and applying risk mitigation strategies.
- Integrate risk management into communication and outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create and execute a plan for disseminating ICT security policy updates via EDM and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational needs and align ICT processes with organizational goals.
- Document and implement new ICT processes to improve efficiency, ensuring smooth rollout and providing necessary training and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with process mapping and improvement tools
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ICT security frameworks and risk management practices
- Proficiency in English
