Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist to develop and implement integrated strategies to enhance the positioning of the mall.
- Actively identify and secure interest for ad spaces in the mall to meet the income budget.
- Work with the Manager, Marcom to develop and monitor annual A&P plan and budget.
- Manage, coordinate and implement mall/ tenant events or promotions based on assigned projects.
- Develop alliance with strategic partners for events, promotions and sponsorship.
- Work with tenants on A&P programme collaboration including management of tenants’ promo/ features in mall communications.
- Co-manage media relation and cultivate opportunities for media exposure.
- Generate Recommendation to Award, application forms, license agreements and any other relevant documentation and forms.
- Prepare and analyse monthly traffic reports, evaluate campaign outcomes, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights to enhance future marketing strategies.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5 - 8 years' of experience in marketing, advertising or promotions management, preferably in a retail or shopping centre environment
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, current retail trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation / problem-solving skills. Meticulous, self-motivated and resourceful
