Finance Executive - 3 months contract renewalable
(Work location: Jurong area)
Requirements:
- A Polytechnic Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Some working experience in accounting.
- Organized and meticulous in handling numbers and data.
- A team player with a positive working attitude and is willing to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
- Able to adhere to timelines.
Job description:
- To approve for non-PO invoices (all votes) from external vendors
- To approve for non-PO claims
- To approve for invoice billings to canteen stallholders/vending machines vendors
- To verify student claims
- To prepare in-service billing
- GIRO processing
- To check GIRO batches
- To verify CONCUR claims
