Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise floor plans, seating arrangements, and event layouts using drafting software.
- Ensure that designs align with client specifications and venue requirements.
- Create and implement effective lighting plans that enhance the event ambiance. Collaborate with lighting technicians to ensure the setup meets the event’s needs.
- Work closely with venue managers to understand and utilize space effectively. Adapt event plans to fit the unique features and constraints of each venue.
- Produce clear and accurate technical drawings for event components like stages and booths.
- Ensure all schematics are detailed and easy to understand.
- Engage with event planners, designers, and vendors to integrate all aspects of the event.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in event drafting, with a solid background in lighting design and venue layout.
· Proficient in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and familiar with lighting design tools.
· Strong grasp of event planning, venue logistics, and lighting principles.
· Meticulous approach to drafting and design.
