Job Responsibilities:
- Issue Export Orders or Purchase Orders to suppliers as per instructions from the Sales PIC.
- Prepare and issue Sales and Purchase contracts after confirmation of payment.
- Issue Shipping Instructions to forwarders and ensure accuracy in all logistical details.
- Update shipment schedules and share timely status updates with customers.
- Handle Letters of Credit (L/C) and manage the preparation of shipping documentation for bank negotiations.
- Support the Sales PIC in preventing non-compliance issues, such as those related to Security Trade matters and credit line restrictions.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and branch offices post-sales transaction to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any subject.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling shipping documents and international trade processes.
- Proven ability to manage Letters of Credit (L/C) and prepare accurate documents for bank negotiations.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during periods of high-volume documentation (approximately 5 days a month).
- Good attention to detail in handling complex shipping documentation
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
