Job Title: Temp Research Assistant
Job Location: Fusionopolis Way, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 6 Months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Assistance in Research engagement and output management
- Review and edit high volume of submissions to Institutional Open Access Repository and research publications based on relevance, compliance and integrity
- Assist in tracking and managing e-journals subscriptions, access and data analytics
- Support and coordinate in activities for the research office e.g. scientific conference, events management, programme development and marketing, and various engagements
- Assist in procurement matters
- Perform other duties and administrative functions as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with 1- 2 years relevant experience may apply
- Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft office
- Positive attitude and motivated self-starter who is willing to learn and is comfortable to work in teams
- Good interpersonal, communication, writing, organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in scientific publications and events planning is advantageous
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
