Our client is a well-established local company headquartered at TAI SENG area. They are a leading supplier of printing and packaging solutions, turnkey software manufacturing, value chain management services, 3rd party logistics, reverse logistics & distribution to multinational clients worldwide. Due to their expansion, they are currently looking for a QMS ADMINISTRATOR (6 MONTH CONTRACT)
Salary offered: up to $3500
Work location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am - 5.45pm
Work terms: 6 month contract with full benefits
Job Scope:
- To assist in maintaining and improving the QMS database by updating the policies, procedures, masterlists and work instructions in preparation of quality documents for internal/external audits as and when required.
- To support the Quality System Manager by working with internal stakeholders on all quality system related matters as and when required.
- To support workplace safety and fire safety inspections at company’s various sites with Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager and guide/monitor the business unit to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- To consolidate pest control reports
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Quality Management System/Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment in printing/packaging, kitting/assembly, document control, logistics activities
- Strong knowledge in QMS, EMS and OHSAS
- Good Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO45001 is essential
- Basic knowledge on Business Continuity and Security Management System
- Interpersonal skills for working with cross-functions and all levels in the organization
