Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and contract management within the engineering industry. This role involves leading tender submissions, managing client relationships, and overseeing contract negotiations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding and Tender Management: Lead preparation and submission of tenders, develop competitive pricing strategies, and coordinate with internal teams for tender inputs.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance. Manage disputes and ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships,conduct client visits, and act as the main point of contact for commercial matters.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract and commercial management in engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with tender submissions and bidding.
- Knowledge of transportation engineering, power services, or related fields is a plus.
