Site Executive
Working days: Monday - Friday + *Alternate Half Sat WFH (if busy)
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Marina Square (Promenade MRT)
Salary: $3000 - $3200
Responsibilities:
- Directly reports to the Project Manager.
- Manages and oversees all on-site direct laborers and subcontractors.
- Ensures proper identification, storage, and distribution of materials on site.
- Oversees installation, monitors site progress, and conducts inspections.
- Participates in site meetings, verifications, measurements, work rectification, and handover of completed tasks.
- Addresses service calls promptly.
- Executes project management functions in accordance with ISO standards, emphasizing site safety and HSE requirements.
- Assists in mock-up preparations.
- Undertakes any other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma certificate is preferred.
- Preferred: Previous experience working on-site, although training will be provided for suitable candidates.
