As the Senior Deputy Project Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading and coordinating ERP2 project with Client, Consortium Partner and Subcontractor. The responsibilities of the incumbent include:
- Leading and coordinating to check cost, schedule and quality for ERP2 project.
- Interface with all internal relevant parties including HQ Intelligence Transport Systems (ITS) business unit for ERP2 project.
- Act as the main contact person for the project and ensure the smooth delivery of the ERP2 project.
- Manage project costs, schedule, negotiation and meetings with client and consortium partners and subcontractors to finalize requirements of the ERP2 system, scope and schedule of system test, technical and commercial scope of work on issues relating to new requirements from client
The requirements of the incumbent are as follows:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) such as ERP and EPS.
- Engineering knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems products such as ERP and EPS.
- Native level of Japanese writing and speaking to liaise with Japan counterparts (JLPT N1) is a must as liaising with Japanese internal counterparts and external suppliers is necessary.
- Strong business planning skills
