- Support and maintain company servers, workstations and related IT equipment. Including support and configuration of software and provision of assistance to colleagues.
- Performed daily server capacity health check
- Check network equipment runing good condition with secure amber light
- Check & troubleshoot Symantec Backup
- Manage WSUS server, test and push windows update
- Daily Remote and onsite support & troubleshoot end user issues
- Create policy on firewall if user required
- Documentation and update Inventory list and Credential of server and network equipment
- Issue IT Asset and Equipment to user
- Guide new hire on IT policy
- Setup and Deploy New pc
- Support cisco and polycom Video Conference
Requirements
- Min 1 year relevant working experience
- Willing to travel islandwide to support customers on ICT matters
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve laptop problems
- Be conversant in English and possesses good working attitude and disposition
- Able to work independently & effectively with team
- Able to think creatively and work under pressure
