Job Duties/Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for handling telephone and walk-in enquires/requests on school events and general school related questions
- Perform administrative duties for teaching staff and supervisors
- Responsible for printing, filing, distributing and documenting notes, circulars and correspondence
- Taking care of students at sickbay
- Any other work assigned by the Administration Manager
Qualification, Skill & Experience
- Candidate’s experience working in primary schools
- Relevant work experience in general administration and taking care of primary school students
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Provided good customer service to stakeholders
