Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Hiring : Baker
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts
- Pack and store raw materials and finished goods
- Sets time and speed controls for mixing machines, or blending machines, so that
- ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.
- Prepare ingredients, handle baking and other kitchen equipment according to SOP to
achieve consistency of food execution and food quality
- Food safety & hygiene procedure are practised at all time
- Develops new products for a la carte or menus on a rotating basis
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a O Level or Diploma or higher in any fields
- With at least 1-2 years of Bakery experience
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
