Roles & Responsibilities
- To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
- Control the cost of the materials and labour.
- Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
- To liaising and coordinate all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, ensure successful implementation of the project.
- Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
- Ensure proper project documentation.
- Monitor and report project progression to management.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
- A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
- Able to work independently and work as a project team
- Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
- Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups
- Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings
- A team player with the ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
