We are seeking a talented and motivated Opto-Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in either mechanical or electrical engineering and will be responsible for designing and developing optical systems for our sensing devices. This position is open to fresh graduates as well as individuals with 2-3 years of working experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop optical systems and components for sensing devices.
- Utilize SolidWorks for optical design and simulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical systems into final products.
- Conduct testing and validation of optical designs to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development process.
- Document design processes, specifications, and test results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is required.
- Familiarity with optical design software such as TracePro or Zemax is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Basic knowledge of Python programming is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
