Position summary
Responsibilities include to assist the Security & Safety Manager to uphold the Safety & Security of Guests and Associates including Risk Management in the Hotel property. Responding to the needs of internal and external guests.
Understands the Safety & Security needs in the premises and able to perform basic administrative functions. Ensure that departmental operational needs are met and a team player that possess good communicational skills. Investigative skills and capable to communicate well with direct supervisors. Responsible individual that can work independent and ability to meet goals and results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigation on Guests and Associates incidents and accidents matters
- Conduct patrol of the guest’s floors and hotel perimeter areas
- Performed troubleshooting procedures on doors issues and in room safes
- Assist on daily department operation needs
- Respond to Fire / Panic alarm button activation
- Perform escort duties
- Maintain professional confidentially at all times
- Perform static Lobby duties to ensure safety and security of the guests in the hotel premises
- To uphold the Safety & Security of Guests and Associates including Risk Management in the Hotel property
- To respond to the needs of internal and external guests.
- To ensure that the hotel complies with all regulations governed by the relevant authorities
Talent Profile:
- Possess at least N Level or O level from a recognized tertiary institution or SSO grade in Security PWM.
- Possess Certificate in Security Operations, having completed all mandatory licensing modules.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess knowledge in Fire Safety and Fire Evacuation
- Possess knowledge in using Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
