SMTP Consult Pte Ltd is a family office concierge service firm that caters to our client’s needs as they immigrate to Singapore. Our goal is to assist our clients with their relocation needs as they settle in Singapore and provide bespoke services based on their specific requirements. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Assist in coordinating with business partner
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Good command of both Mandarin and English.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate business needs (business dinners, events etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Attention to detail, with time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
