Job Description
- Maintenance & routine servicing of vehicles including buses / coaches / trucks
- Carry out breakdown mechanical repair, trouble –shoot bus/vehicle mechanical parts, electrical systems, alternator, starters.
- To carry out changing of clutch, brakes, linings, adjustment, and any necessary mechanical parts repair or replacement, including checking & testing..etc
- To carry out overhaul engine
- To solve customer’s complaints & enhance customers’ service
- Assembly chassis driveline & supports chassis integration activities with body.
- Assembly of chassis driveline including Suspension System & its Tuning, Braking systems & its tuning, steering systems and gear box systems, engine & powertrain, electrical /electronics of systems,.etc
- Working with Engineering team & production team across multi-discipline to ensure the vehicle is built according to the specifications, drawings & work instructions.
- To ensure quality control measures in process control and outgoing inspections to enhance product quality
- Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Heavy Vehicle mechanics maintenance
- Good Teamwork and positive work ethics
- Experience in Euro 5 & 6 diagnostic will be an advantage
