Role Overview:
As a Design Intern, you will support our HR team in creating visual content for HR initiative and projects. You'll have the opportunity to work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the development of our HR Values, Culture and Employer Branding. This internship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly creative, and passionate about design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and designing digital assets for web, social media, and HR materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and layouts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Support the team with design research and trends analysis.
- Help maintain and organize design files and resources.
- Revise designs based on feedback from the team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (please include a link or attach samples).
