Hansfort Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Full-Time Executive Head Baker for our fast growing chain of cafe-bakery concept based in Singapore.
Executive Head Baker
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control all operation of the production in the factory according to the established standards and guidelines of the Company.
- To supervise factory manager and the team to ensure production targets, portion sizing, product quality and specification are met.
- To be responsible for training and development of the team.
- To manages the production schedule and daily production plan and monitors the overall production output levels.
- To develop new food production standards and SOPs to meet the company requirement.
- To create of new menus and completing R&D for all new products.
- Rectify production and quality issues in the store/factory and recommends solutions.
- Any other relevant duties may assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in pastry and bread industry.
- International baking experience is a must with proficiency in French Bakery.
- Good knowledge of different types of pastry and bread.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and PH.
