Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Facility/Estate Management
· Provide support in the managing and maintenance of the facilities and equipment, including the procurement of the necessary services and equipment.
· Assist to manage contractors and external parties in the delivery of various services such as Integrated Facility Management (IFM), equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and pantry supply services.
· Assist in general office administration and support services, including carrying out data analytics
General
· Provide logistical support for events and operations, including procurement of equipment and services, and staffing of designated areas.
· Collate returns/requests from other government agencies.
· Assist in procurement and payment processing, including performing checks on supporting documents for payment of invoices.
· Develop and produce collaterals to support publicity and internal comms efforts
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Diploma in any discipline.
· At least 2 years of Office Administrative experience in the government sector will be preferred.
