Responsibility：
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our mattress manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management within the mattress industry. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
Job Description：
- Lead and manage all aspects of mattress production, ensuring manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures to maintain mattress consistency and durability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Direct and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and quality control staff.
- Identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing process to increase production speed and reduce waste.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to health and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors, addressing any issues related to product quality or delivery timelines.
- Familiar with site budgeting & costing and handle payroll.
- Ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and billing policy.
- Ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar.
- Able to carry heavy goods, about 20Kg-30Kg.
- Able to work overtime, public holiday or weekend if required.
- Able to travel overseas and to Mainland China for long-term training and promotion, while also representing the company in negotiations with overseas suppliers and inspecting goods. At the same time, meetings with overseas suppliers are required.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.
• Candidate must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
