Your role
Our major Oil & Gas Client is looking for Electrical Business Contact Engineer who will be in charged on running the electrical infrastructure reliability of several business unit, involved in troubleshooting & plant recovery supporting Maintenance, performing RCFA, reliability analysis and plan, long range equipment plan, etc. Knowledgeable in all electrical equipment both engineering and maintainability aspect.
You will valuate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures.
You will assure accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, you should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. You will apply mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical system designs as well as contribute to research efforts to develop a solution or a new product.
You are what we are looking for if you:
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have minimum 10+ years of relevant electrical and project engineering experience in oil and gas and chemical and/or power industry
- Are proficient on ETAP, Autocad, and Dialux, and Microsoft Office
- Have advanced knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Are able to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
