Job Description:
As a Leaflet Distributor for the Festival event, you will play a crucial role in promoting the event by distributing promotional materials to targeted audiences. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively and courteously distribute leaflets, brochures, and other promotional materials to potential attendees, ensuring they are well-informed about the event and its offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute Materials: Hand out leaflets, brochures, and other promotional materials at strategic locations, including high foot traffic areas, luxury retail locations, and other targeted spots.
- Engage with the Public: Approach and engage with potential attendees in a friendly and professional manner, answering any basic questions about the event.
- Event Promotion: Promote the event and its participating brands by highlighting key features and attractions of the event.
- Monitor Inventory: Keep track of the number of leaflets distributed and report back to the supervisor on the distribution progress.
- Maintain Professionalism: Represent the organiser and its associated brands with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report any feedback or inquiries from the public to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with the public confidently and courteously.
- Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable, reflecting the luxury nature of the event.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand and walk for extended periods while distributing materials.
- Knowledge of the Event: Basic understanding of festival and its significance in the luxury industry.
- Previous Experience: Experience in promotional work or leaflet distribution is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
Flexible hours (Between 12 - 7pm) in October
Competitive hourly rate.
