Job Purpose
- Responsible for assessing, executing and monitoring mid-market direct lending credit investment opportunities in Southeast Asia.
- Assessment of credit opportunities: conducting industry and company research, preparing detailed financial and valuation models, and other analyses.
- Executing credit deal: Preparing investment memos, conducting company due diligence, assisting draft terms sheets, and reviewing loan documentation.
Job Accountabilities / Key Results Area
- Manage and execute middle market private credit transactions, including preparation of investment memos, industry analysis, detailed financial and valuation models for review by senior members of the investment team.
- Manage negotiation and review of transaction legal documentation and liaison with internal and external legal advisers.
- Assist senior members of the investment team to source and identify private credit transactions and structuring deals, including preparation of terms sheets.
- Communicate investment ideas / thesis and investment risks quickly and effectively to the Managing Partner and investment team.

- Bachelors Degree

Work Experience
- Total Work Experience:
1 to 3
years - Total Relevant Experience:
1 to 3
years with an investment bank or private credit/equity firm, or accounting firm assessing investment opportunities.
Skills / Knowledge
- Solid financial modelling experience: DCF models, accretion/dilution analysis, and trading comparable analysis.
- Industry analysis experience- analysing industry dynamics and familiarity with industry analysis frameworks.
- Exceptional quantitative and analysis skills.
- Fluency in English and one or more Asian languages.
