Responsibilities:
· To supervise and manage all project works.
· Attend site meetings prior to project implementation, safety and progressive meetings.
· Work closely with customer service and sales team on space planning and Design Conceptualization
To provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned.
To compile drawings and photos for presentation to client.
Responsible in the preparation and presentation of materials, mood board and design concepts.
To be responsible in generating computer generated 3D Visuals and AutoCAD technical drawings
To propose Materials (FF&E) for project costing
To conduct site visit and meet client for discussion on layout plan.
· To coordinate installation work with sub-contractor.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
· ITE or Diploma in Construction Management/Interior Design/Architecture
Proficient in Microsoft, AutoCAD, 3D Max & Photoshop
· Minimum 3 years in managing construction or Fit Out Projects
· Fresh graduates with Diploma in Interior design or Architecture can be considered.
Class 3 Driving Licence an advantage
· Basic knowledge in office furniture, construction, electrical and/or renovation trades.
· Safety Supervisor Certificate approved by BCA an advantage.
