Salary Range: Up to $8,000.00 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Major Incident Management: Take charge of managing major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Lead Incident Management: Oversee the incident management process, ensuring effective classification, impact assessment, and resolution.
- Lead Change Management: Manage change processes across various operational areas, ensuring all changes are reviewed and approved in accordance with established procedures.
- Lead Problem Management: Identify and resolve underlying problems to prevent future incidents, contributing to overall operational stability.
- IT Infrastructure Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure operations, focusing on continuous improvement and service quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across corporate, regional, and in-country levels to align operational practices with organizational goals.
- Digital Infrastructure/Architecture/Technology: Leverage your knowledge of digital infrastructure and technology to drive improvements and innovations.
- Service Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for service enhancements and lead initiatives that promote operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations Management).
- 5-10 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of digital infrastructure, architecture, and emerging technological trends.
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies and ServiceNow are a plus.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel overseas occasionally (short durations only).
