Job description:
- Check daily data, e.g. daily delivery order and purchase invoice
- Handle accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliations
- Ensure all accounts receivables, accounts payables are posted accurately into the accounting system promptly.
- Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries.
- Preparation of payment to vendors, liaising with vendors on discrepancies.
- Responsible for monthly analytical review and preparation of management reports and financial accounts, support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
- Review and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards and maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Meet deadlines for management reporting
- Maintain proper document filing and documentation
- Assist in month-end closing and annual audit
- Assist in GST submission and annual tax submission
- Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- 5-days work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Woodlands / Admiralty
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Candidate must possess NITEC / Diploma qualification in any related field, preferably with experience in retail industry;
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive and positive personality to work effectively under pressure meet tight deadline
