1. The key person in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
2. Ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
3. Identify and address any issues that during the construction process, including design, labor, technology, materials, and others.
4. More than 10 years construction working experience.
5. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management.
6. Can communicate in both Chinese and English.
