Core responsibilities
1. Assist Project Manager to determine project responsibilities and schedules by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors, etc.
2. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
3. Liaise with third parties such as external contractors on time scales and working processes, etc.
4. Prioritising and organising project tasks into the required timeline
5. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems
6. Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage
7. Conduct regular team meetings
8. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends; and recommending actions
9. Responsible for the overall management of the foreign manpower (workers)
10. Coordinate and oversee the sequence of the projects with the support of the Site Supervisor
11. Responsible for prompt installation on sites.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Job specifications
Technical Skills
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 year of relevant experience similar capacity
- Experience in structural installations will be advantageous

- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, independent with sound communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good organizing and planning skills.
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills
- Computer proficiency in MS PROJECT, MS Excel, MS Words and AutoCAD.
- Good vendor/sub-contractor management skills.
