Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, servicing and repair of facilities and equipment, such as electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or faults that arise in the facilities and equipment
- Coordinate and liaise with external contractors or vendors for any major repairs or upgrades
- Monitor and record the performance and condition of the facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and policies
- Respond to any emergencies or breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and guidance to other staff or users of the facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Possesses a valid LEW 7 license issued by EMA
- Candidate must have 3 years of related working experience
- Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Service orientated mind-set
- Possess high level of initiative and integrity
- Possess strong leadership quality, good planning and organizing ability
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services' faults
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
