- Greeting Guests and maintaining visitor logs
- Management of office telephone mainline
- Parcel and letter collection
2. Office Supplies management
- Purchasing and managing office stationery and pantry supplies
- Purchasing client souvenirs and managing stock
- Ordering employee business cards and customizing company goods
3. Office Security & Safety Management
- Office access card issuance and management
4. Office environment management
- Liaising with building management office regarding office environment
5. Assist in Branch budget management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years working experience but fresh university graduates are also welcome
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Written and spoken Korean will be an advantage but not mandatory
