Senior HR Executive
- Lead the implementation of broad HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures.
- Engage in a range of HR tasks, including hiring, managing salaries and leaves, overseeing employee benefits, evaluating performance, and fostering employee growth.
- Take charge of recruitment and on-boarding activities (including preparation of employment contracts, work passes & etc.)
- Prepare monthly payroll and update leave records
- Constantly review employee benefits and provide proposal to the management
- Conduct probation review, confirmation, annual review as well as promotion review exercise
- Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Manage leadership development and internship / place & training programme
- Champion all grant applications and maintain HR department P&L with grant support
- Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.
- Organise staff engagement events and functions.
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for analysis.
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' working experience
- Candidates with payroll experience and HR system knowledge is preferred
- Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
