Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
- Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
- Manage office stationery and supplies
- Coordinate local & overseas shipment
- Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
- Assist in stock-take activity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE āNā Level or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
- Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
- Responsible, committed and independent
- Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
