Job Responsibilities:
· Seated within the Administration team and responsible for mainly application support
· Data reconciliation and following up with counterparties to ensure completeness of data
· Verifying documents for leave applications and keeping leave dashboard updated
· Ensure smooth global onboarding and offboarding processes
· Responsible for new joiners induction sessions and ensuring all relevant documents are submitted during offboarding
· Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
