Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage course enrollment for all scheduled courses.
- Monitors the effectiveness of training.
- Responsible for overseeing training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in presentation on precast hub facility.
- Assist in on-going research and curriculum development
- Monitor and perform post evaluation exercise on training courses
- Build program reports, analyze data and create presentations
- Identify training gaps and source for suitable training resources / courses to bridge the deficiencies and aid career development.
- Review training materials and execute programs to develop skills and impart organizational practices and policies by utilizing various learning methods.
- Liaise with external vendors and governing bodies, including seeking and administering funding from the various ministries.
- Draw up training roadmap and training needs analysis.
- Administer the training database and maintain all training records.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in related discipline.
- Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking individuals.
- 3 years relevant experience and knowledge in training and construction will be an advantage.
- Applicants must be require to work in our training centre in the Jurong area occasionally.
