Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to patients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries and scheduling of appointments.
- Using clinic software to fill in documents, prepare bills and receive the payment for medical services.
- Ensure comfort of patients pre/post treatment and follow up with patient accordingly.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a front desk receptionist in clinic setting
- Experience in managing insurance claims
