Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our Learning Platform as a Service.
· Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
· Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure high availability and performance of our services.
· Collaborate with development teams to improve code deployment processes and application performance.
· Automate manual processes using scripting languages and configuration management tools.
· Implement and maintain security best practices across our infrastructure and development processes.
· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in development, staging, and production environments.
· Manage version control systems and branching strategies to support multiple environments.
· Document processes, configurations, and system architectures.
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Vietnamese.
· Ensure third-party services and integrations are well fitted into the infrastructure, maintaining seamless operations and optimal performance.
Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
· Strong proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in both languages.
· Expertise in AWS cloud platform and services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS.
· Certified AWS Architect
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
· Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
· Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
· Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
· Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
· Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
