Job Responsibilities:-
- To assist in talent searching/ sourcing resumes, make first call to screen thru and send to Recruitment Executives for follow up OR send to the hiring managers directly for consideration.
- To assist in hiring general admin/paperwork
- To assist in recruitment / career fairs
- To assist in handling hardcopy/digital forms fill in
- To assist in handling supporting documents collection
- To assist in edit recruitment reports if required
- Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements:-
- Poly / Private Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin
- Must be able to commit 3 to 6 months
- 0830 to 1730, Monday to Friday
