- Ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounting, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Generate accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Create and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions, and lead and mentor the finance team.
Requirements:
- CPA/CFA/Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of Accounting experience in Logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
