Accountant with LC knowledge
Job Description:
- Review all documents to ensure compliance with Sales terms, L/C terms, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on deposit/LC issuance to ensure required payments are received before shipment.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as traders and fixation, to meet customer needs and promptly resolve any issues.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests about documentation and operational matters in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines.
- Prepare and review the annual budget.
- Prepare financial statements and get it audited.
- Perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
- Ensure proper records of transactions.
- Manage grants and assets.
- Handle inter-funds transfers.
- Conduct tax reporting.
- Report to Senior Accountant & Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting or degree in related field
- Preferable with LC knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
