About the role:
· Responsible for managing Vexcolt ASEAN Management Team.
· Responsible for identifying & implementing overseas expansion for S.E.A, Australia & Europe.
· Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensuring that revenue/sales targets are met.
· Preparation of annual budget reports and attending/presenting at board meetings. Monitor key financial metrics and work with the CFO to address any financial issues.
· Manage and meet Board of Directors expectations.
· Manage customer relationships, and develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts.
· Identify inefficiencies and implement processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Ensure that resources (human, financial, technological) are allocated effectively to support business operations.
· Lead and motivate senior management and operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
· Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the CEO and board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
· Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any operational issues impacting the customer experience.
· Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and support business goals. Encourage and manage innovation to stay competitive and meet evolving market demands.
· Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
· Work closely with other executives and departments (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment and collaboration. Oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed operational decisions.
· Use customer feedback to improve products, services, and operational processes.
About you:
· Minimum 20 years of experience in concrete construction material & structural engineering.
· Minimum 20 years of experience in management.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in handling third-party manufacturing.
· Must possess international manufacturing connections.
· Possess excellent communication skills to articulate and share vision, goals, plans, and strategies, as well as values to influence the team to achieve desired objectives.
· Ability to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
· Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
· Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and performance management.
· Skills in process optimization and efficiency improvement.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations.
