Responsibilities:
- Oversee prefabrication operations and manpower planning, reporting to the Project Director.
- Ensure MEP processes use up-to-date technology like BIM and seek improvements.
- Develop and apply industry-compliant procedures and integrate BIM to Field technology.
- Stay updated on MEP advancements and apply digital tools for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration and provide training on new tech.
- Manage quality control, on-time delivery, and budget adherence for MEP systems.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and promote sustainability.
- Foster continuous improvement and implement Lean Management and IDD methods.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
