Warehouse & Logistic Leader (5 days work week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Handling: Select and package finished products according to order specifications.
  • Order Management: Monitor, trace, and accelerate order processing to maintain a 100% service level.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all outgoing delivery orders and returned sales invoices.
  • Expense Management: Compile and manage monthly records of delivery expenses.
  • Data Management: Ensure prompt and precise data entry into inventory systems, along with necessary documentation for all incoming goods.
  • Goods Issuance: Accurately release all authorized goods and materials.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain an orderly and well-organized inventory within the warehouse.
  • Warehouse Security: Safeguard the warehouse to ensure the security and integrity of all inventory items.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and manage repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Material Supply: Provide all necessary materials for on-site manufacturing and assembly processes.

Competency Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Experience: Background in warehousing, space management, and order handling.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of performing moderate to high physical tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, dependable, with a keen eye for detail. Diligent in maintaining accurate records.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and execution abilities. Proficient in mathematics and computer systems.
  • ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
